Welcome to my colorful journey! 

This woman you see before you can’t be pigeonholed into a black and white,  corporate defined, “Check-this-box” category. First, I will tell you what I am not-I am not just a marketing maven, I am not just a yoga teacher, I am not just a culinary phenom, and I am not just a daughter and sister.  I am a colorful mixture of flawed experiences, joyful friendships, and an all consuming need to flex my creative muscles.   I hunger to know all things that feed our mind/body connection.  By developing this interconnection between our physical bodies and minds-your authentic self illuminates.

I learned early on that I am not a one dimensional cardboard cut-out. I was raised to be able to sustain myself financially and emotionally; however, this simply did not feel like enough. So I searched, I read, I experimented, I made mistakes and eventually I found it, I found my JOY… and it comes from within.   This simple, organic answer led me to follow the creative pursuits I crave-without fear. 

So I ask you-where does your joy begin?

Does your happiness come from authentic, nitty-gritty relationships or are you fed by spiritual guidance?  Does your bliss explode when taking your first bite into a freshly crafted piece of sour dough bread dripping with ooey-gooey cheese??  Or do you find that playing with a palette of pink lip glosses releases your soul into a soothing place??   If my story sparks something in you please join me on this journey.  I hope I can inspire you to be the most joyful person in the room.
